Ring Sizing

How can I measure my ring size?

The most reliable way to be measured is professionally, by a jeweller local to you. Please note that some companies may charge a small fee for their time.

Some important points to keep in mind:

  • Your finger size will vary across both hands – the hand you write with tends to be bigger in size.

  • Some people also fluctuate in sizing seasonally, swelling more in warmer months and decreasing in size in cooler climates.

  • An order for a wide ring band usually needs to go up half to one full size, as the band will end up sitting in the fleshier part of your finger (pushing up towards your knuckle). If you’re taking your ring size from an existing ring or being sized by a professional jeweller, take note of the width of ring you are sizing and keep this in mind.

There are many sources online to help you find out your ring size. I find this one to be very helpful: http://www.ringsizes.co/resources.html

If I custom make something for you and it turns out to be the wrong size, I can re-size it for you. Please note that if it needs to increase in size, there may be an extra charge due to the extra metal required.

Do you offer ring resizes?

Yes, if I custom make something for you and it turns out to be the wrong size, I can re-size it for you. Please note that if it needs to increase in size, there may be an extra charge due to the extra metal required.
